Amy Floater, who is head of the firm’s Court of Protection team, will present an important update masterclass in York, in association with leading training provider, For Legal.

Amy, who has specialised in Court of Protection matters for several years, will provide legal practitioners with an overview of the key developments and changes in Court of Protection issues, as well as an important update on case law from three significant judgments.
