Cost of Mediation

Although Legal Aid to obtain legal advice from lawyers is no longer available for children and financial family disputes, Legal Aid for mediation remains unchanged.

For clients who meet the eligibility criteria, Family Solutions can grant free Legal Aid. If you want to check your eligibility click here.
