Hannah is an Associate Solicitor at Andrew Jackson Solicitors.
Hannah acts for and advises farmers, land owners and landed estates on a wide range of non-contentious rural property issues. Her experience includes transactional matters such as the sale and purchase of farms, woodland, equestrian centres, agricultural land and other rural property. Hannah also specialises in all aspects of agricultural tenancy matters, with a particular interest in Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies. Hannah is also a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, find out more in the Further Information section above.
In addition to her agricultural expertise, Hannah advises a number of commercial clients on matters such as the disposal and acquisition of freehold property alongside negotiating and completing commercial leases from large workshops to industrial estates and public houses.
