Profile

Martin is Head of our Construction Department. With over 40 years’ experience both nationally and internationally working within construction, Martin advises clients on a broad range of contracts, including PPP, PFI, BSF, and other bespoke forms of contracts.

Martin’s work in this sector has also led to a close working relationship with clients and associates in the renewable energy sector, having spent over 25 years advising on the design, development and construction of facilities.

As an accredited mediator and member of the CIARB, Martin mediates on a regular basis for companies and individuals with disputes arising from a variety of different areas.
