Sarah is a Senior Solicitor in our Property team and is predominantly based in our Hull office.

With several years of experience in Agricultural law, Sarah brings specialist insight and expertise, having assisted clients in this important sector throughout the region and beyond. Sarah works with clients on both advisory and transactional matters including AHA surrenders, succession matters, large wind turbine projects, Partnership Agreements and dealing with selion issues.

From access issues, and Surrender and Re-grants, to renewables and farm purchases and sales, Sarah delivers a broad range of services to her clients, drawing on her experience and understanding.
