Benn provides clients with a range of services including the completion of legal due diligence procedures for company acquisitions and disposals, and the drafting of other completion documents.

Benn also provides advice on the formation of new companies, including the requirements of post-incorporation formalities and company Articles of Association and shareholders agreements. Benn is based in our York office most of the time, as part of our Corporate team.
