Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney

Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney

When you are planning for the future, let us help you to ensure that your affairs are in order, protecting you and your family.

The circumstances of every individual and family are different and so whether you are looking to write your Will, or you are considering making a Lasting Power of Attorney, we would like to talk to you and take the time to understand your particular needs and requirements.

For advice and solutions that are tailored to you and your needs, let us guide you through the processes, outline the options available to you and assist you in making sure that your interests are protected.

In light of the Government’s announcement on 23 March 2020, severely restricting movement of individuals, we will be unable to offer face to face meetings, including home visits or visits to care homes and hospitals, for the purpose of wills (including emergency wills), lasting powers of attorney or for any other reason. We are, however, still able to offer our services to existing and new clients, taking instructions by telephone or video conferencing, and any documents that require signing and witnessing will either be sent to the client electronically (for printing off at home) or by post via Royal Mail.  Clients will then need to arrange for suitable witnesses to visit them whilst complying with the Government’s guidance on social distancing, as far as possible.  We will provide more detailed instructions to our clients to assist with the witnessing of signatures on documents.

Get in touch with our friendly team of advisors on enquiries@andrewjackson.co.uk for help and advice relating to Wills and/or Lasting Power of Attorney that may affect you and your family.

Or call your preferred office today to speak to a member of the team.
