This busy team works on a dynamic and interesting portfolio, delivering legal advice and services for clients throughout the region and beyond. • Experienced Conveyancer

• Tax & Trusts Solicitor

  With a strong presence in the Hull and York markets, we are looking for an experienced lawyer to join the firm’s busy and highly regarded Private Client team.

  The successful candidate will have 5-8 years PQE, and will be experienced in covering all aspects of Private Client work, with a particular focus on dealing with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and trusts. Our preferred candidate will also be STEP qualified.

• Trusts Administrator

  With a strong presence throughout the region and UK, we are looking for a Trust Administrator to join the firm’s busy and highly regarded Tax and Trusts team.  This role will support our dedicated team, who cover all aspects of Tax and Trusts work, with a particular focus on dealing with trusts and estate planning, wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.

  Our successful candidate will be a positive self-starter, with good attention to detail, who thrives as part of a dynamic, supportive team and will have experience of Trust, Estate and Income Tax returns, TRS, Trust accounts, completion of R185 and IHT100 forms and knowledge of personal tax and trust taxation (including Capital Gains Tax).
