We are delighted to announce the appointment of Martin Frost, who joins Andrew Jackson as a partner, strengthening its offering regionally and throughout the UK. A well-known figure in the region’s corporate finance community, Martin’s appointment follows an exceptionally busy time for the firm and underlines its continued expansion.

With several years’ corporate experience, including undertaking cross-border transactions and group reorganisations, Martin has acted for numerous companies, businesses and their owners on a range of corporate structure and transactional matters, particularly for clients operating in the hotel & leisure and IT sectors. He joins the firm at a busy time, with the corporate team having recently completed several high-profile deals.
