We recently welcomed solicitor Dan Burton to our corporate team, further strengthening the firm’s offering to businesses across the Yorkshire and Humber region and beyond.

Dan has several years’ experience advising corporate clients on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. His work includes supporting company acquisitions and disposals through legal due diligence processes and data room management, as well as advising on transactional documents and related matters for both buyers and sellers.

Dan also advises companies, shareholders and directors on reorganisations and restructurings including any related own share purchases, reductions of capital, shareholders’ agreements and changes to articles of association.
