Our real estate and property team at Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP continues to expand with the appointment of experienced solicitor Mark Appleyard, who joins the firm as a consultant.

For over 35 years, Mark has advised commercial and residential property developers, and landlords of commercial properties across a wide range of matters. This includes advising upon site assembly and land options, conditional purchase agreements, development agreements, pre-letting and leasing of properties, as well as freehold sales.

Mark also advises clients on funding agreements, joint venture agreements and bank financing of developments, together with construction contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties. He also helps landlords with property management issues.
