Another key appointment for Andrew Jackson: Sarah Thomsen joins as partner and head of contentious probate
We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Thomsen as a partner and head of the firm’s contentious probate team. Sarah is a registered contentious trust and probate specialist and a full member of the ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists).
With more than 20 years’ experience advising clients in this complex and sensitive area of law, Sarah is known for her practical and empathetic approach. She works closely with clients to help them resolve disputes with clarity and confidence, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions at every stage.
In addition to her specialist contentious probate practice, Sarah also advises on a broad range of disputes including property and land matters, neighbour and harassment issues, and contract and negligence claims.
