We are looking forward to hosting a panel discussion on 9 March on the theme ‘What does 2023 hold for you and your business?’

Hosted by our senior partner and head of shipping & transport, Dominic Ward, the event brings together a panel of specialist legal advisors from several of the firm’s key teams who are providing tailored support to businesses in the current climate.

The panel will discuss timely issues of concern to many of the region’s businesses, including the impact of the cost-of-living crisis and widespread industrial action on employers, the potential risks of social media and the challenges and opportunities of the UK Tax Regime.

The panel will also consider how the world has changed three years after Brexit Day, with perspectives from the firm’s international and commercial law teams, whilst the property litigation team will highlight the disputes and challenges they are encountering more frequently.

The panel comprises Nick Dean (property litigation partner); Fiona Phillips (tax partner); Azher Quyoom (corporate restructuring and insolvency partner); Mike Wilson (litigation and dispute resolution partner); and Katy Hansom (commercial and intellectual property partner).
