Ben Naylor is a Solicitor in the firm’s Contentious Probate Team.

Whether advancing or defending claims, Ben regularly acts for executors, trustees, beneficiaries, claimants, defendants and other interested parties in a wide range of contentious probate disputes, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, will validity challenges, proprietary estoppel claims, executor and trustee disputes, and contested estate administrations.

Alongside his contentious practice, Ben has extensive experience in non-contentious probate matters, with particular focus on complex grant applications, international probate, and complex intestacy cases.

Ben is the current President of the Hull and East Yorkshire Junior Lawyers Division.
