Predominantly based in the firm’s Scarborough office, Christopher specialises in agricultural property and insolvency law.

He has a wealth of experience in advising corporate and individual creditors and debtors on the formal and informal options available to them, routinely acting for Insolvency Practitioners, local authorities, and distressed companies and their directors and shareholders.

Christopher takes a particular interest in agricultural business affairs, owing to his family background in rural North Yorkshire. Christopher has first-hand practical experience of the agricultural sector, and combines this particular knowledge with 20 years’ of legal experience, including property law, to provide a tailored service to his clients in this sector.
