Iona is a paralegal in our employment team, predominantly based in York.

Iona assists colleagues, as well as diverse client base, on a wide range of employment matters. Iona works alongside the team in relation to preparing and reviewing settlement agreements, contracts of employment, policies and employment handbooks. Additionally, she works with the team to advise on redundancies, grievance, and a number of Equality Act 2010 potential claims.

Iona also supports the team in the preparation leading up to employment tribunals and reaching settlement ahead of proceedings, removing the need for a final hearing.
