Mandy is a Consultant and is based in our Hull office. Mandy brings wealth of experience in dealing with property disputes and contested probate claims, particularly in disputed wills and inheritance act claims to bear for the benefit of her clients.

Mandy acts for both claimants and defendants in disputes ranging from challenges to the validity of a will to claims for financial provision by beneficiaries or persons left out of a will. She also deals with disputes between beneficiaries, executors and trustees.
