Predominantly based at our York office, Samuel assumes an increasing presence in the property and finance sectors across Yorkshire, handling a broad range of commercial property and finance transactions. Samuel takes an organised and highly efficient approach to management and presentation, which is focused on completing deals swiftly whilst protecting his client’s interests throughout. He frequently advises clients on the granting and taking of commercial leases; purchases and disposals of freehold commercial and rural property including development sites; licences and surrenders; easements: overage pre-emption and option agreements and security documentation.
Samuel works extensively with clients and associates in the banking sector and within the firm’s panel relationships.
