With significant experience advising clients on commercial property transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, Yasmin deals with often complex matters including purchases and disposals of both freehold and leasehold property; granting and taking leases of commercial premises and ancillary leasehold asset management; overage, options, promotion agreements and security documentation.
A member of the firm’s Development & Strategic Projects team, part of Yasmin’s caseload involves the acquisition of development sites and the delivery of development projects, particularly for clients in the care home and construction sectors.
Yasmin also has substantial experience co-ordinating and handling portfolio real estate transactions, sometimes property led but sometimes as corporate support, and dealing with multi-let estates.
