Following a very busy 2018, we’re pleased to have welcomed three new paralegals to the Andrew Jackson Corporate team, strengthening the services we offer to our clients across Hull, York, Grimsby and Scarborough.

Nicole Waldron, along with existing Andrew Jackson team member Jon Croft, will provide additional support to our Corporate team across a range of matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, as well as corporate finance and day to day company law compliance and procedures.
