We are delighted to announce another key hire for the firm as Caroline Hardcastle joins our commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice as a partner.

With over 25 years’ experience, Caroline advises clients on a wide range of high value, complex contractual disputes, shareholder and director claims, and warranty claims. She has particular expertise in the education sector where she advises on funding disputes, suspensions, and exclusions, together with all aspects of parent and student complaints.

Caroline also advises employers, main contractors and sub-contractors on a wide range of construction matters resolving disputes through mediation, adjudication and the Courts.
