With a strong presence in the Hull and York markets, we are looking for experienced lawyers to join the firm’s busy and highly regarded Private Client team.
We would like to hear from qualified lawyers, who are experienced in covering all aspects of Private Client work, with a particular focus on dealing with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and trusts.

Continuous Improvement Lead
This newly created role offers the opportunity to work across the firm, partnering with colleagues at all levels to continue to identify smarter ways of working, improve processes and support the successful delivery of operational change. The focus will be on understanding how teams work, where further improvements can be made and how technology can help enhance both the colleague and client experience.
Working closely with departmental heads, senior management and our operations team, the successful candidate will lead improvement projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and that benefits are realised. The role will involve reviewing existing processes, identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline activities, and helping colleagues make the best possible use of current and emerging technologies.
An important aspect of the position will be evaluating new solutions, supporting system testing and implementation alongside our ICT team, and helping to strengthen the way operational data is captured, analysed and used to support decision making. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that innovation is delivered in a practical, sustainable and commercially focused way whist always having an eye to ensuring we remain compliant with all regulatory requirements
We are interested in hearing from individuals with experience in continuous improvement, business change, operational transformation, project delivery or technology-enabled process improvement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, together with the ability to engage colleagues, understand business needs and translate ideas into practical outcomes. Experience in the legal sector, or a sector linked to legal, is of benefit but not essential.
