With a substantive presence in the Hull and York markets, we are looking for qualified Solicitors to join our dedicated Real Estate and Commercial Property team. This busy team works on a dynamic and interesting portfolio, delivering legal advice and services for clients throughout the region and beyond. With a number of positions available, we are keen to speak to enthusiastic, self starters with a passion for excellent client service and the ambition to play a key role in a close and supportive team. Our preferred candidates will be looking for their next exciting challenge to grow and develop their careers within a friendly and supportive firm that truly invests in nurturing talent.
Applications from Solicitors who currently work in other areas but who have knowledge and experience of the Commercial Property sector will also be considered for these roles, which are available in both our Hull or York offices.

Experienced Conveyancer
With a substantive presence in the Hull and York markets, we are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our busy property team. With a rich and diverse client portfolio, the successful candidate will be driven, with a desire to work well as part of an integrated and growing team who assist our clients throughout the region and beyond.
As with all conveyancing roles, our preferred candidate will deliver a wide range of services, including the sales, purchases and remortgages of properties for our clients. We are seeking applications from individuals, with excellent attention to detail, and commitment to delivering the highest standards in client care.
