With over 25 years’ experience,  Caroline is a partner in our commercial dispute resolution team. She advises clients on a wide range of high value complex contractual disputes, shareholder and director claims and warranty claims. In the Education sector her work includes funding disputes, suspensions, and exclusions together with all aspects of parent and student complaints. She also advises employers, main contractors and sub contractors on a wide range of construction matters resolving disputes through mediation, adjudication and the Courts.
