Gabbie is an experienced family lawyer who has practised family law across Yorkshire since 1993. She is accredited by the Law Society in Family Law and is nationally accredited by Resolution as a Specialist in Financial Provision.

Gabbie specialises in financial cases, particularly those with issues relating to third party interests, trusts, businesses or overseas assets and has an interest in cases where clients are from an agricultural or farming background.  Gabbie has provided representation in Schedule 1 Children act cases recovering funds from those living overseas for educational expenses and maintenance for children and has dealt with many enforcement issues. She has extensive experience of representing clients through the Court process and at private financial dispute resolution hearings and arbitration whilst helping parties reach a solution through non court dispute resolution.

As well as clients based in the UK, Gabbie has also represented clients currently based abroad as ex pats on their personal legal affairs, within the English legal framework.
