Grace is an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency lawyer, working across our York and Hull offices for clients based in the UK and overseas. She trained and qualified as a corporate lawyer before specialising in restructuring and insolvency work.
Grace’s clients include boards of directors, corporate stakeholders, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.
Grace predominantly works on non-contentious insolvency and restructuring assignments which require specialist knowledge of company procedures including share allotments and transfers, and the preparation and completion of company documentation.
Grace’s transactional work includes drafting and advising on asset sales and purchases, bank security reviews, insolvent property and real estate work and commercial contracts.
