Predominantly based at the firm’s Scarborough office, Michael’s years of experience in the legal sector, enable him to provide invaluable insight to clients whether on personal legal matters or on those relating to their companies or business.

Having acted as a Consultant to a national firm of insolvency practitioners, Michael is also able to advise individuals, partnerships and businesses on a variety of debt issues, whether as debtors or creditors. He is a strong advocate for mediation as a means of resolution, and has been accredited as a commercial mediator for over 20 years.

Michael also advises a number of agricultural clients, having acted for many years as a main board director of a group of companies in this sector.
