With over 15 years’ working as an in-house solicitor, including positions as Legal Director, Managing Director and UK Group Company Secretary with a global pharmaceutical and chemicals business. Nick blends his significant board level experience with his wide range of legal knowledge including corporate, commercial, employment and pensions law to deliver a commercially minded “colleague down the corridor” approach to advising clients.
