Sarah is a partner and Head of our Contentious Probate Team. She is a Registered Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist and a full member of ACTAPS. She has over 20 years’ experience and has a practical and empathetic approach to these difficult disputes. She prides herself on the use of plain language and clear information on costs and completely understands that clients need to make informed decisions about their options every step of the way.
In addition to her contentious probate practice Sarah has great experience in Property and Land disputes, Neighbour and Harassment issues, and Contract and Negligence claims.
