Charlene advises clients on a wide range of personal legal matters including the preparation of Wills, care fee planning and asset preservation, Inheritance tax and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.  Charlene also deals with estate administration and assisting with complex estates.

Charlene qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 and has a number of years’ experience advising clients in the private client sector. Charlene is also an associate member of the Lifetime Lawyers Association a UK wide organisation which aims to set the standards for the highest quality legal advice in areas such as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Elder Abuse. Charlene is passionate about ensuring older and vulnerable clients receive legal advice delivered with care and compassion.
