Profile
Nick is Head of our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Nick’s work covers the full range of commercial litigation. He has represented clients on both sides of many claims in the Chancery and Queens Bench Divisions of the High Court, and the Commercial Court.
Nick’s property litigation practice has resolved a wide range of complex landlord and tenant disputes throughout the UK. In addition, Nick advises clients on particularly challenging litigious matters from professional negligence, enforcement of restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes to intellectual property infringements.
