Amy acts for numerous clients as a professional Property and Financial Affairs Deputy; managing substantial damages from compensation claims and also assists elderly clients with their affairs if they have dementia/Alzheimer’s.

In addition, to this, Amy can also assist with Deputyship applications for those people wanting to be appointed as lay Deputies for family members/close friends.

Amy can also advise on other Court of Protection applications such as, Statutory Wills, Removal of Trustees and other related applications.  Amy is also able to support appointed Deputies with general advice and preparation of annual Deputyship accounts.

Amy assists with the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney. She also advises clients on their options and solutions in the preparation of a variety of Wills – including the incorporation of trust provisions – and is experienced in dealing with the administration of estates as she is a member of STEP.
