Geoff Phillips
Profile
As head of department, Geoff leads the large and highly experienced team of lawyers and support staff at Andrew Jackson who deal with real estate and property work.
Geoff himself has substantial experience in dealing with all aspects of real estate and commercial property work but has particular expertise advising on acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties for occupying businesses, investors and developers.
As well as a strong regional client base across a variety of sectors, Geoff also acts for a national house builder in the acquisitions of sites across the country, commonly by deals conditional on planning and many involving large, complex sites with legal and practical issues to overcome. Geoff and his team also advise operators within the care home sector on the acquisition of sites for development, often linking into larger local community development schemes.
