Martin has 18 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer advising companies, businesses and their owners on a range of corporate structure and transactional matters. These include acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, trade sales, management buy-outs (MBO) and buy-ins (MBI), private equity and venture capital investments, joint venture and shareholder agreements and business start-ups. Martin is also experienced in undertaking cross-border transactions and group reorganisations.
Martin acts for all sizes of companies and businesses and provides advice on all matters of corporate law and works closely with fellow professional advisors to assist clients through complex multi-party transactions.
