Nick Dean
Profile
Nick is Head of our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Nick has represented clients on both sides of many claims in the Business and Property Courts. Nick’s property litigation practice has resolved a wide range of complex real property and landlord and tenant disputes throughout the UK.
Nick also advises clients on challenging litigious matters from warranty and indemnity claims and professional negligence, to enforcement of restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes. Many of the disputes that Nick has handled have been resolved in Mediation of which he is a keen advocate.
