As a litigation lawyer, Sarah has a broad range of expertise with experience including acting for claimants and defendants in respect of personal injury claims, general litigation such as neighbour disputes, and breach of contract claims and licensing. Sarah also advises on insurance disputes and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
With over 15 years’ experience dealing with personal injury claims, Sarah advises on road traffic accidents, accidents at work and slipping and tripping claims, serious injury and fatal accident claims. She has particular experience in dealing with personal injury claims arising from shipping accidents both onshore and offshore.
