Mike is a highly experienced commercial litigator and a Partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He advises clients on a wide range of contractual and corporate disputes specialising in complex and high-value cases, including several reported cases. He has particular expertise in restrictive covenant claims against former employees, injunctions and cases involving social media law, privacy and defamation. Mike is recognised for his level-headed and commercial approach to finding the best solution for his clients.
Mike also advises on a broad range of corporate recovery and insolvency matters acting for directors, creditors and insolvency practitioners.
